To ensure the best performance and long-lasting results, follow these care guidelines:

• Full foot traffic in 3 hours, and vehicle traffic in 12 to 24 hours.
• Apply only on clean, dry properly prepped service.
• Allow proper curing time "7 to 10 hours" before heavy use.
• Avoid exposure to moisture or extreme conditions during application.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Shipping:

• Most in-stock items — including metallic pigments and our Most Popular Flakes (in stock) ship the same business day when ordered by 5:00 PM Central.
• All other flake colors and blends are made or sourced to order and ship the next business day at the earliest; order by 12:00 PM Central to stay on schedule.
• Overnight or Express only sets how fast the carrier delivers after your order ships — it does not shorten that processing time.
• Delivery typically takes 1 to 4 business days depending on your location.
• Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

Returns:

We do NOT accept returns on Chemicals or any other additive and/or all of our custom cut special made to order
flakes. Any return if pre-approved would be done on a special circumstance, case by case only. All requests for
returns must be made by email only send to sales@coloredepoxies.com. All requests must be made within 30
days of purchase, once approved you will receive a return authorization number

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also
be in the original packaging.

Only Flakes eligible for return are our (Most Popular Flake Box in Stock Same Day Shipping) only our
top ten flakes.
All returns are subject to Inspection. No exceptions.
All returns will be subject to a 30% restocking charge.
