Special-order and custom flakes that are not available for same-day shipment may require up to three weeks of processing before shipment. Shipping transit time is additional.
Cancellation requests are subject to the order’s production status. Once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Where permitted by law, approved cancellation requests received more than three calendar days after the order is placed may be subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the canceled merchandise subtotal, excluding tax and shipping.
