A Natural, Stone-Inspired Metallic Finish
Dolphin Pigment creates a soft gray metallic effect that mimics the natural look of stone and rock formations — a versatile choice for both residential and commercial epoxy projects.
Why Choose Dolphin Pigment
✓ Mica-Based Formula — Premium nano-particle pigments create authentic pearlescent and iridescent effects
✓ Natural Stone-Inspired Look — Mimics the appearance of natural rock and stone formations
✓ Highly Concentrated — A little goes a long way for vivid, dramatic color
✓ Works With Any Epoxy System — Field blends easily with our 100% solids clear epoxy binder
How to Use
Mix powder with resin first before adding hardener. For the most vivid and dynamic effects, use a minimum of 4 oz of pigment per gallon of epoxy (a 3-gallon batch requires approximately 12 oz). Apply your backdrop color first using one of our colored epoxy kits at least one day prior to starting the metallic process.
Coverage
Approximately 55–60 sq ft per gallon using a 1/8" x 1/8" rubber notch squeegee or magic trowel.

"Seems this is the lightest grey metallic pigment offered. It's nice but would like another option that's lighter. This one used against a white background, worked out well. Next time, will probably use half the amount to achieve a lighter grey color."
