How the 3-Step System Works

PP-80 is designed as the final finish coat in a complete flooring system — not a standalone base coat. For best results follow this 3-step process:

1. Apply your Colored or Clear Epoxy base coat as the foundation layer
2. Broadcast decorative flakes into the wet epoxy (optional but recommended)
3. Apply PP-80 as the protective top coat once the base coat has cured

This combination gives you maximum durability, UV protection, and a showroom-quality finish that lasts for years.

PP80 Technical Data Sheet

To ensure the best performance and long-lasting results, follow these care guidelines:

• Full foot traffic in 3 hours, and vehicle traffic in 12 to 24 hours.
• Apply only on clean, dry properly prepped service.
• Allow proper curing time "7 to 10 hours" before heavy use.
• Avoid exposure to moisture or extreme conditions during application.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep out of reach of children.

• Most in-stock items — including metallic pigments and our in-stock box blends (Most Popular Flakes at $2.99/lb, plus Glitter Accent and Designer) — ship the same business day when ordered by 5:00 PM Central.

• Overnight or Express only sets how fast the carrier delivers after your order ships — it does not shorten that processing time.
• Delivery typically takes 1 to 4 business days depending on your location.

Returns:

Custom cut special order flakes cannot be returned.

Any return, if pre-approved, is a special circumstance and case by case only. All requests for returns must be made by email only send to sales@coloredepoxies.com. All requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, once approved you will receive a return authorization number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
