Shipping
In-stock items ship the same business day when the order is placed by 5:00 PM Central. Special-order flake colors and blends are made to order and are currently taking about 2½ weeks to process before they ship. Overnight and Express set carrier transit speed only — they do not shorten processing time. Full details are on our Shipping and Return Policy page, which takes precedence if the two ever differ.
